空气中乙酰甲胺磷用聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附和甲醇解吸 ,经 2 % DEGS色谱柱分离 ,火焰光度检测器检测。方法的检出限为 0 .0 5 2 mg/ m3,当标准溶液浓度为 3~ 15 m g/ L时 ,相对标准偏差为 4.5 %~ 2 .3% ,线性范围为 0 .2~ 1.0 mg/ m3。解吸效率大于 85 % ,采样效率为 10 0 % ,样品在采样管中稳定时间 2 4小时。通过现场试验 ,该方法快速简便、准确可靠 ,适用于车间空气中乙酰甲胺磷的测定。各项试验指标均符合劳动卫生监测要求

Negative effects were obtained in experimental assays of mutagenicity,teratogenicity and delayed neurotoxicity.The results of determination showed that most of the acephate concentrations in the air of workplaces were below 0 5 mg/m 3.The signs of adverse effects of acephate poisoning in workers were not fuond. [Conclusion] The maximum allowable concentration(MAC) and the time weighted average allowable concentration(TWA AC) were recommended as 0 5 mg/m 3 and 0 3 mg/m 3,respectively.

[目的 ]研制车间空气中乙酰甲胺磷的国家卫生标准。 [方法 ]乙酰甲胺磷动物毒性试验及接触工人的职业流行病学调查。[结果 ]乙酰甲胺磷大鼠经口LD50 为 82 3mg/kg。致突变性试验、致畸试验及迟发性神经毒性试验均为阴性。车间空气中乙酰甲胺磷浓度测定大多数在 0 5mg/m3 以下 ,未发现接触工人有中毒症状。[结论 ]建议车间空气中乙酰甲胺磷的最高容许浓度为 0 5mg/m3,其时间加权平均容许浓度为 0 3mg/m3。
