The thermal expansion behaviour of cordierite based glass-ceramics containing TiO_2has been researched. In such glass-ceramics, there are a large amount of crystalline phaseand a little glass phase, wherein the cordierite is an essential phase. Besidesthere are also rutile and magnesium aluminium titanate solid solution. Since the crystalspossess anisotropic in nature of thermal expansion in cooling process during crystallizedtreatment, it would produce internal microcracks due to the action of thermal stress....

Since the crystalspossess anisotropic in nature of thermal expansion in cooling process during crystallizedtreatment, it would produce internal microcracks due to the action of thermal stress. Bymeans of stress calculating formula, the cause of the microcracks formation has been studi-ed. Such microcracks may be represented by a hysteresis loop between the heating and coo-ling curves, which can be measured by a dilatometer. The experimental results revealed that there exists a function correlation between theincrement in microcracks and experimental temperature, and it may be represented by anempirical formula, y = ae~(bx). Finally, by use of SEM, the locations and sizes of microcrackswere observed and analysed.

Since the standard of the strength design of centrifugal basket has not yet been established at present in our country, the stresses calculated by various methods in engineering design are found to be in disagreement.This paper deals with the study of the stress conditions of centrifugal basket. In the experimental part, the stress distribations in the both basket wall and bottom are measured by electrical method, the data thus obtained are analyzed and treated.In the theoretical part, the finite element method of axi-symmetric stress analysis is employed to calculate the stresses of the whole basket. For comparision purpose, the calculated results of conventional engineering method and Soviet standard, OCT26-01-1170 "The strength calculation methods of centrifugal basket" issued in 1972, are also presented in this paper.A preliminary evaluation of stress calculation methods is made based on the comparison of experimental data, calculated results of the finite element method and the engineering method.

离心机转鼓的强度设计,我国迄今尚无统一的标准,目前采用的工程计算方法其计算结果不尽一致。本文对离心机转鼓应力状态的研究,首先进行了转鼓的鼓壁、鼓底的电测法的实测工作,对大量的实测数据进行了分析和整理。同时,采用轴对称应力分析的有限元法对转鼓整体进行了应力计算。文中还列出了工程计算法以及苏联1972年公布的OCT26—01—1170“离心机转鼓强度计算标准与方法”的计算结果。把实测值、有限元法及工程计算法的数据进行此较,对计算方法做出初步评述。

In this paper, a stress calculating formula for non η corrected sideinclination method in the measurement of side declinning angle surface sample isintroduced. A large systematic error may appear if an ordinary or η corrected si-de inclination method is used in stress calculation for non η corrected side inclina-tion one. The formula is based on some new measuring techniques. After all, thesystematic error may be eliminated or minimized.

利用X射线应力测定仪上的无倾角侧倾法进行应力测定时,如果仍采用常规法或有倾角侧倾法的公式计算应力,可能出现较大的系统误差。本文推导了试样表面带有侧向倾角条件下的无倾角侧倾法应力计算公式,并在此基础上提出几种可消除或减小系统误差的测量方式。
