For the purpose of determining the postmortem interval, the growth and development of four common necrophagous flies, i. e. Aldrichina grahami, Lucilia sericata,Chrysomya megacephala and Parasarcophaga crassipalpis , were studied at different constant temperatures. The results showed that durations of all developmental steqes of these four species shortened as the temperature increased within the range of temperatures tested except the second and third instar larvae of Aldrichina grahami and the third instar...

For the purpose of determining the postmortem interval, the growth and development of four common necrophagous flies, i. e. Aldrichina grahami, Lucilia sericata,Chrysomya megacephala and Parasarcophaga crassipalpis , were studied at different constant temperatures. The results showed that durations of all developmental steqes of these four species shortened as the temperature increased within the range of temperatures tested except the second and third instar larvae of Aldrichina grahami and the third instar larva of Lucilia sericata. The development of Aldrichina grahami pupae stopped to develope at 12℃and 30℃. A good relationship between the developmental rate and the temperature was obtained with the linear regression equation. In the end the significance of the study results in forensic medicine was practice discussed.

为查明温度对尸食性蝇类生长发育的影响,便于推断死亡时间,在实验室恒温条件下,以常见的4种尸食性蝇类,即巨尾阿丽蝇Aldrichinagrahami、丝光鲜蝇Luciliasericata、大头金蝇Chrysomyamegacephala和肥须亚麻蝇Parasarcophagacrassipalpis为材料进行研究。结果表明,在实验温度范围内,除巨尾阿丽蝇二、三龄幼虫和丝光绿蝇三龄幼虫之外,各种类各发育阶段的历期均随温度增高而缩短,巨尾阿丽蝇蛹在12℃和30℃时停止发育。根据试验结果,利用线性回归方程对发育速率与温度间的关系进行了模拟,结果均有良好的相关性。研究结果具有推断死亡时间的法医学意义。

Objective:To study the growing law of Sarcophaga carnaria in early autumn in Zheng zhou City in order to find out the more exact data for the estimation of the postmortem interval for this region.Methods:Take pieces of human liver tissue acquired from autopsy as bait and food for flies and then observe and study the developmental behaviours of Sarcophaga carnaria.Results:Sarcophaga carnaria were the first to arrive at the bat to bear larvae.They bear larvae 4 h after the bat being put.A pseudo-linear relationship between the larvae's average length and their growing time was found. The larvae pupated 54h and the pupae hatched 16d after they were born.Conclusion:The growing law of Sarcophaga carnaria was obvious in early autumn in Zhengzhou City.The findings of this study gave the more exact data for the estimation of the postmortem interval in Zhengzhou City.

目的:探讨郑州地区初秋季节嗜尸性麻蝇的生长发育规律,为该地区该季节人体死亡时间推断提供法医昆虫学较确切数据。方法:以人肝组织作为诱饵和培养物,观察郑州地区初秋季节嗜尸性麻蝇的生长演变过程及特点。结果:在郑州地区初秋季节,嗜尸性麻蝇首先飞临培养物产蛆,培养物放置4h见麻蝇幼蛆,幼蛆体长在幼蛆出生后的42h内与生长时间呈近似的线性关系。幼蛆出生后96h变蛹,16d变蝇。结论:在郑州地区初秋季节嗜尸性麻蝇的生长发育具有明显的规律性,实验结果可作为郑州地区推断人体死亡时间的较确切数据。
