In this paper, the fundamentals of the maximum entropy deconvolu-tion (MEDEC) has been expounded by the author theoretically. It has been proved that only when the impulse response of the earth is in a white noise sequence and the wavelet is in its minimum phase, the inverse of the predicting filter of the MEDEC can thus be in the minimum phase type and the error sequence of the predicated filtering output of the seismic sequence can be equal to the estimated values of the impulse response of the earth. The origin of the error was analysed and was proved by modelling.Claerbout holds that the partial correlation coefficients in Burg recursive calculation could be considered as the reflection coefficients of the earth. But this only fit for the case when the formation is in Gou-pilan pattern and when the wavelet of the deep source is in white noise. Hence, we shouldn't hold the explanation made by Claerbout to be the theoretical fundamental of MEDEC.

本文给出了卡尔曼滤波的理论描述,从一个动态系统的状态空间表示法出发,给出了随机过程的卡尔曼滤波方程,说明它仍是一种最小平方滤波,但这种滤波方程不仅适用于线性时不变系统,而且适用于非线性时变系统。采用递推方法计算,既方便又简洁,而且保证其收敛性。这种方法非常适用于地震资料的处理,诸如滤波、反滤波和预测滤波等,可以大大提高地震资料的信噪比和分辨率,文中给出了应用实例。

For this time,the feature of AR parameters is a random process relating to the noise of the time series, the final value of AR parameters is the summation of average value which is obtained from NN (neural network) predicted filter and resolved by the Kalman filter using the all of obtained AR parameters. Therefore, the spectrum of maximum entroopy determined by the value of AR parameters has considerable stability, and its resolution and accuracy of signal are direct proportional to the length of this fliter,it gives the sufficient flexibility for choice of the optimal filter. Beside this,by using the characteristics of NN' s rapidly parallel computing, the spectrum analysis can be performed by the system in real time.

提出了一种神经网络AR(自适应递归)参量估计的新方法──局部零残差法。利用所建立的神经网络的明确收敛性,在每一个数据到来后获得一组AR参量的零残差解,这时AR参量的特性是与时间序列的噪声相关的随机过程,最终的AR参量值为全部数据通过神经网络预测误差滤波器后,对各点获得的AR参量解的求和平均。由此,AR参量值确定的最大熵谱具有很好的稳定性,且谱的分辨率和精度是与滤波器的长度成正比,这给最佳滤波器的选择保留了充分的灵活性。另外,利用神经网络并行快速的特性,可用该系统进行实时谱分析。
