This paper also points out that the largest heat loss of the heat transfer process is lining heat accumulation, molten steel temperature drop rate in teeming ladle can be equal to or less than 1℃/min and in tundish equal to or less than 0. 5℃/min when molten steel heating and lining heat accumulation in LF get to quasi-equilibrium state , if molten steel overheating temperature can be steadily controlled between 15~35℃, continuous cast technology can be steady with casting blank in good quality.
