This Paper is concerned with a linear - quadratic optimal controf problem. The state of the system is governed by parabolic equation with pointwise control on the boundary. After establishing the exis-tence and uniqueness of the optimal control as well as the linear state feedback law,we developed a new methed to calculate the feed-back operator, which is different from the classical Reccati equation.
