Numerical results show: After the Gaussian signal optical pulse with small peak power and several tens picosecond width is amplified and compressed by this model,a high quality ultra-short signal optical pulse,which has high peak gain,large compression ratio and nearly no pedestal,can be obtained while adjusting the input peak power and time delay of controlling pulse in NOLM.
