本文应用特异性的心房利钠因子(ANF)抗体,测定了20例健康人和51例肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者血浆ANF含量。结果表明,健康人血浆ANF含量与HFRS患者有显著性差异HFRS组中,除恢复期外,各期ANF均升高,其中以少尿期最突出;ANF的血浆浓度与病情轻重有一定关系,提示血浆ANF含量的变化与肾功能损害程度有很大关系。

So that this ctvaccine has a better epidemiological ef fewhich would be able to control the pr evalence of HFRS.

应用中国预防医学科学院流行病学微生物学研究所出血热室研制生产的HFRS病毒鸡胚细胞灭活疫苗,连续2年在贵州省HFRS高发病区的遵义县进行了较大范围的人群免疫接种,并对其效果进行了观察。疫苗经1992年40966人初次免疫和1993年32556人加强免疫,除注射时先后有5人出现景厥、注射后少数人出现低热、注射部位短时轻微疼痛外,未见其他不适反应,说明疫苗的安全性是可靠的。初次免疫后血清NT抗体阳转率40.54%,加强免疫后血清NT抗体阳性率达75%以上,提示疫苗的免疫原性值得肯定。在疫苗免疫后的第1个观察年度内,疫苗组发病率9.76/10万,较对照组57.77/10万明显偏低(X2=15.5,P<0.01),保护率为83.11%;1年后加强免疫人群发病率9.21/10万,亦明显低于对照组发病率188.22/10万(X2=53.88,P<0.01),保护率达95.10%,疫苗起到了较好的保护作用,具有明显的流行病学效果。研究结果表明,该疫苗是安全的,可以较好地诱导机体产生NT抗体,有良好的流行病学效果,能有效地控制HFRS的流行。

Purpose Virus antigens and virus RNA were simultaneously detected in autopsy renal tissues of the patients with hemorrhagic fever renal syndrome(HFRS). Methods Virus antigens and virus RNA in cases of 17 autopsy renal tissues were derected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical techniques. Results Seventeen cases from Shanghai HFRS endemic region were subjected to virus antigens and rirus RNA detection and 15 cases positive. Purpose Virus antigens and virus RNA were simultaneously detected in autopsy renal tissues of the patients with hemorrhagic fever renal syndrome(HFRS). Methods Virus antigens and virus RNA in cases of 17 autopsy renal tissues were derected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical techniques. Results Seventeen cases from Shanghai HFRS endemic region were subjected to virus antigens and rirus RNA detection and 15 cases positive. Virus RNA was mainly distributed in the renal vasculatures and endothelial cells, occasionally in glomerular tufts and tubular cells. In 9 of 15 cases, cytoplasmic inclusion body(IB) was detected in the distal convoluted and collecting tubular epithelium, which was positive for viral nucleocapsid protein(NP) and hemagglutinin antigen(HA). Conclusions These findings indicate that Hantaan virus could infect both the endothelial cells and (or) renal tubular epithelium and produce IB in the tubular epithelium in kidney. The immuno mediated mechanisms might also be involved in the tubular damage and vascular lesions.

目的:研究上海地区肾综合征出血热(HFRS)尸检病例肾脏组织中病毒RNA及抗原的分布及定位。方法:用核酸原位分子杂交方法和细胞免疫组化方法,检测17例HFRS尸检肾组织中病毒。结果:在17例肾组织中15例可检测到病毒RNA及抗原,病毒RNA主要位于肾组织血管壁、毛细血管内皮细胞及部分肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞。病毒抗原主要分布于肾间质血管内皮细胞和血管壁中,部分位于肾曲管上皮细胞,以病毒包涵体样颗粒出现。结论:提示出血热病毒具有感染内皮细胞的特性,对宿主细胞有一定的致病作用。发现该病毒RNA与抗原的表达趋于一致性。
