本文报道七种柑桔防腐剂的合成,它们是2-(4’-噻唑基)苯并咪唑、2-(2’-呋喃基)苯并咪唑、对称二溴四氯乙烷、8-羟基喹啉铜、2-氨基丁烷、N-异硫氰甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、2.6-二氯-3.5-二氰基-4-苯基吡啶。 这些化合物曾分别进行对绿霉、青霉抑菌试验,果实刻伤接种试验,模拟商业包装防腐保鲜试验,均显示不同程度抑菌效果和防腐效果。

Studies on the storage behavior and physiological responses both in sealed and non-sealed plastic packaging, mainly with "Sien-feng" orange fruits (Citrus sinensis Osbeck) under different stored conditions were carried out in 1966~1977. The contents of ethanol accumulated in the fruits during storage was used as the criterion of the physiological condition.

1966~1977年研究了先锋橙(Citrus Sinensis Osbeck)等柑桔果实在不同贮藏条件下,塑料薄膜包装的贮藏效应。 研究结果表明,柑桔果实不能长期适应聚乙烯薄膜密封下低O_2和高CO_2条件贮藏。采用不密封型的单果包装处理的先锋橙,则主要由于能保持接近饱和的高湿,贮藏半年后,失重较对照少得多,外观新鲜饱满,可保持果内供O_2正常,未曾出现乙醇过量积累,因而褐斑果大大减少,腐烂轻。在现阶段条件下,是提高甜橙常温通风贮藏效果的有效措施。但果皮疏松生理活跃的宽皮桔类(C,reticulata Blanco)薄膜包装贮藏效果差。

Opal glass bottles made in tank furnace are used as substitutes for pottery bottles in order to improve the packaging of Maotai spirits. The compositions, melting process and properties of the opal glass together with its defects and cure measures are described.
