(3)The incidence of complication associated with PN was 13.3%(4/30)in experimental group, while control group was 46.7%(14/30). Two patients with cholestasis in control group were healed through stopping PN, protecting liver and decreasing jaundice after 2~3 months.
Conclusion: FGF-Ⅱ show significant protective action on immunological liver injury in mice. FGF-Ⅰ has less effect on protecting liver than FGF-Ⅱ, though FGF-Ⅰ has some effects.
Cordyceps polysaccharides( 150, 250s 500 mg kg-1, ig ) could significantly reduce elevated ALT, AST activities in plasma and MDA content of liver homogenates,and enhaced activity of SOD in liver in CCl4(1OO mg kg-1 , ip)-induced chemical liver injury mice. The pathology resul ts of liver also showed cordyceps polysaccharides had liver protection to a certain extent.
Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups: Group A and Group B. Group A took diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsule and Group B took similar tablets but of liver protection. The measures of serum alanine aminotransferase serum (ALT) and total bilirubin (STB) were compared between the groups and before and after the treatment.
