Appbcation of four analytica methods for research on self-assembled systems are persented here. IR is a common way of obtaining the structural information and orientation of polymer chains. Using the XPS,the composition of self-assembled films and the binding energy can be determined. TEM.SFM and AFM give the surfacial topography of SA films directly. We can get the informaton about structure of aggregates and dynamics of self-assembling polymers.

介绍了四种常用分析方法在自组装功能膜结构及其界面层表征中的新进展。红外光谱是常用的结构分析方法,运用掠角反射红外光谱及衰减全反射红外光谱可以分析自组装薄膜表面、界面结构以及分子链段的取向;XPS分析可以确定薄膜的化学组成;电镜的运用使直接观察体系的形态、形貌成为可能;ESR是研究聚合物在溶液中自组装成胶束过程的有力工具。

Silane agent is applied directly for metallic surface corrosion resisting, which can replace phorsphating technique.SA film is prepared under the optimal processing conditions, and reflective FTIR spectroscopy is used to analyse component and structure of SA film. Film thickness is detected by elliptical spectroscopy method, and results of electrochemical corrosion processing detecting and CuSO 4 solution point corrosion experiment are used to verify corrosion resistance of SA film.

Self-assembled (SA) films (PMP, M = Ce3+ or Ce4+) of 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic acid (PTA) on nanocrystalline TiO2 films with Ce3+ or Ce4+ as a bridge were fabricated and characterized with UV-Vis, IR, and XPS synchrotron radiation photoelectron spectroscopy (SRPES) which gave the HOMO energy levels for the SA films. It was shown that thin-layer sandwich-type solar cells based on these SA films possess good properties for photoelectric conversion. While PTA-loaded TiO2 electrode (P) generated 26.9% of incident monochromatic photon-to-electron conversion efficiency (IPCE), PMP-sensitized Ti02 electrodes yielded 55.8% and 39.1% for Ce4+ and Ce3+ respectively. PMP films can be considered as a kind of complexes whose HOMO energy levels were proved to be higher than that of film P, which is one of the major reasons for the increase in IPCE from film P to film PMP.
