Lead zirconium titanate (PZT) films (Zr/Ti=45:55) with a high dielectric constant are prepared successfully on the low-resistance Si substrate in sol-gel dip-coating process with PT film used as the buffer layer.

To deal with this contradictory situation, insolvable zirconium tricarboxybutylphosphonate (Zr(PBTC)) powder was employed to make a composite with SPEEK polymer in an attempt to improve temperature tolerance of the membranes.
      
SPEEK/Zr(PBTC) composite membranes were obtained by casting a homogeneous mixture of Zr(PBTC) and SPEEK in N,N-dimethylacetamide on a glass plate and then evaporating the solvent at 60°C.
      
Results showed significant improvement not only in temperature tolerance, but also in methanol resistance of the SPEEK/Zr(PBTC) composite membranes.

The isothermal section at 1200℃ of the ternary system W-Mo-Zr has been determined by metallographic and X-ray diffraction methods. Two terminal b.c.c, solid solutions based on W(Mo) and Zr respectively and an intermetallic compound Zr(W, Mo)_2 isomorphous with MgCu_2 structure have been identified. The lattice parameter of Zr(W, Mo)_2 varies linearly from 7.619 (?) for ZrW_2 to 7.589A for ZrMo_2. Vicker's hardness measurements support the metallographic and X-ray diffraction results.

In this paper the relationship between the compositions, mechanical properties or microstructures of Mg-Y-Zn-Zr system casting alloys has been studied. It has been found that the ratio of yttrium and zinc content in composition of this alloy will affect its properties and structures. When the Y/Zn ratio equals to about 1.5, the phases at the grain boundaries present a lot of white massive compounds in the form of Mg30YZn and a little of (αMg + Mg48Y5Zn5 ) eutectics. This kind of structure contributes the best creep property at high temperature.

本文较系统地研究了Mg-Y-Zn-Zr系铸造合金的成份、性能和组织结构之间的关系。发现成份中的Y、Zn含量比例影响合金的性能与组织。Y/Zn比在1.5左右时,其组织结构中的晶间相是由大量白色块状化合物Mg_(30)YZn和少量深色(αMg+Mg_(43)Y_5Zn_5)共晶所组成。此时合金具有最佳的高温蠕变性能。
