This paper has made the following creative studies:Firstly, according to the characters of industrial environmental influence, the paper takes the industrial production system and natural ecosystem as a uniform system of system-industry-environment.
The ecologic industry refers to an industrial pattern in which the industrial production system is planned by imitating the circulatory mode of substances in the ecologic course of the nature.
It is made up of a micro-beer production line and a control system which takes the line as its controlled object. The main characteristic of this device is that it combines the automatic technology organically with a real production process, and measurement and control results are reflected in production efficiency and product quality finally. In this way, students can hold the automatic technology from the whole of industrial production system.

By means of the method,a real-time expert system tool for industrial fault monitoring and diagnosis is developed.
