两年多来,针对川中磨溪气田雷一~1气藏储层特征,进行了低渗改造攻关。采用了基岩酸化、前置液酸压裂、胶凝酸酸压裂和加砂压裂等工艺措施。经过效果分析及评价,认为酸压裂如加砂压裂优于基岩酸化。建议磨溪气田酸压裂要重视控制酸滤失和缓速;加砂压裂要改进压裂液性能和交联方式。

Combining the jet oscillation treatment with hydraulic fracturing, the new fracturing technique changes static fracturing into continuous dynamic sand fracturing. It can lower operation pressure, increase sanding rate, decrease fracturing fluid volume, and improving fracturing results. This paper introduces the developing history of jet oscillation fracturing technique at home and abroad. It also introduces, the technical property and structure, working theory, operation technology and field test on the jet oscillation fracturing. Testing results show that it has a wide prospect because of simple operation method and low operation cost.

射流振荡压裂技术把射流振荡处理油层技术与水力压裂相结合,变静态压裂为连续振荡动态加砂压裂,可降低施工压力,提高加砂速度,降低压裂液用量,进而提高压裂效果。阐述了振荡压裂技术的国内外发展历史、技术特点与结构、工作原理、施工工艺及现场试验等。试验证明,施工工艺简单、费用低廉,具有广阔的应用前景。

Method This paper studies the feasibility of fracturing in zone Xu-4 of well Jiao-51 through evaluation of the reservoir and study on its production potential. Purpose To study the feasibility of sand fracturing in low permeability gas zone Xu-4 of well Jiao-51 in middle of Sichuan province. Result There are development of pay reservoir, natural fracture, favourable conditions for creating fracture in both longitudinal and lateral direction in zone Xu-4 of well Jiao-51. The height of fractured fracture can be controlled. The reservoir has great potential of increasing production and sufficient formation energy. Conclusion Xu-4 zone of well Jiao-51 is suitable for sand fracturing. When fracturing, perforated interval of zone T3x4 Ⅳ in the lower part should be first buried with sand. Only zone T3x4 Ⅱ in the upper part is going to be fractured to ensure the best sand filling efficiency and tap the production potential of the main payzone.

方法通过对角51井须四层储层条件的评价及增产潜力的研究,探讨了该层压裂增产的可行性。目的研究川中地区角51须四低渗气层加砂压裂增产的可行性。结果角51井须四层有效储层发育,有天然裂缝存在,纵横向均具人工造缝的有利条件,而且压裂缝高能被控制,增产潜力大、能量足。结论角51井须四层可以进行加砂压裂,压裂时,应先将下部T_3x~4Ⅳ层射孔井段用砂粒坦住,只压裂上部T_3x~4Ⅱ层,以确保最佳填砂效果,充分发挥主要产层T_3x~4Ⅱ的增产潜力。
