Twenty rabbits were injected with 12% monobasic sodium phosphate (5ml/kg body weight) through vein in ear edge. The changes of the electrocardiogram and electrolyte (K~+, Cl~-, Ca~(++)), before injection and 20, 60, 120 minutes and 4—5 hours after injection, were observed.
Method The column:Hypersil Phenyl 2(5μ)(250 mm×4.6 mm). The mobile phase:0.5% monobasic sodium phosphate in water(pH 4.0)-acetonitrile(60 ∶ 40),Add 2 ml of triethylamine per liter, and mix.
In living animals this structure can be induced by the addition of sodium cacodylate, monobasic sodium phosphate, dibasic sodium phosphate, sucrose, calcium chloride, or formaldehyde to the sea water.
The results showed as follows: the alteration of P wave, Q—T interval, S—T section and T wave are more evident, especially the descent of S—T section and high point of T wave are very notable; by blood-gas analysis, the ...
Objective:A RP-HPLC method was developed for the determination of Amphotericin B in Amphotec Method:In the method,Hypersil BDS C 8 as the stationary phase,and 0 01 mol·L -1 monobasic sodium phosphate-acetonitrile(67∶33)as mobile phase,detected at 405 nm Results:Within 5~50 μg·mL -1 ,Amphotericin B had a good linearity( r =0 999 9) The average recovery of Amphotericin B was 100 3%,with RSD was 0 83%( n =4) Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and easy to do
Objective:To develop a method for assay of piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium for injection Methods:A RP-HPLC method was used with Autoscience Kromasil C 18 column The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol -0 2 mol·L -1 monobasic sodium phosphate-10% tetrabutylammonium hydroxide-water(510∶50∶8∶432),adjusted with 10% phosphoric acid to a pH of 5 5,with the detection wavelength at 230 nm Results:Precision and stability were fine The linear correlation of piper...
