The optimized extracting conditions were determined experimentally with orthogonal design. For semi-bionic extraction, the leaves were extracted with 20 times the weight of sodium hydrogen phosphate and citric acid buffer solutions of pH=2.0,7.5 and 8.3 at 70 ℃ for 1 h 3 times.
The buffer is com-posed of 65% sodium hydrogen phosphate(pH 7 modified by phosphate acid)and 35%methanol , The methodhas good precision, recovery and linearity.
In the buffer solution (pH 2.2) with citric acid and sodium hydrogen phosphate, the uranium in ores can be directly determined with arsenazo III by dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method when Triethylenetetraminehexaacetic acid, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid and maleic acid are added as masking agents.
In this article, the synergistic effect of sodium molybdate with urotropinum, triethanolamine, BTA and sodium hydrogen phosphate are evaluated by method of polarization curve.
Methods:In the paper, a reversed-phase HPLC methed on ODS column with sodium hydrogen phosphate agent was developed for the quantitative analysis on 7-ACA.

The suitable process conditions:reaction temperature 30 ℃,the adding sequence:magnesium chloride at first,then sodium hydrogen phosphate,Mg~(2+)∶(NH_4)~+∶(PO_4)~(3-)(mass ratio)=1.3∶1∶1.
For enzymic treatment, the leaves were hydrolyzed with enzymes at pH=3.6,60 ℃ and each 5 g Eucommia ulmoides Olive with 1.5 mL 0.5% enzymes for 2 h,followed by extraction at 80 ℃ with 15 times the weight of sodium hydrogen phosphate and citric acid buffer solution for 1 h 3 times.
The use of sodium hydrogen phosphate leads to samples with greater mesopore volume whereas other ACC production conditions studied mainly result in microporous materials.
The production of micro and mesoporous activated carbon cloth (ACC) from commercial acrylic textile fibres by physical activation with carbon dioxide and the addition of boric acid and sodium hydrogen phosphate as impregnants is reported.
An optimum buffer electrolyte for separating and determining Belofors was as follows: 0.5 mM sodium hydrogen phosphate, 12.2 mM sodium tetraborate, and 30 mM SDS; pH 9.1.

A procedure of the extraction of gold (I)-TMK colour complex with 10 μl tributylphos-phate (TBP) is described. The phosphoric acid and di-sodium hydrogen phosphate (pH=5)as a sensitizer (F) reagent are adopted. The concentration range of determination is 0.0002-20.0 g Au/t. This method is sensitive (0.2 ppb),accurate, simple, rapid and convenient-inoperation, and of low cost. It is suitable for in-site sampling and detection in the field.
