钛板零件热校形的本质是材料软化及应力松弛。在对TA2(工业纯钛)、TC_1(Ti—2A1—1.5Mn)、TC4(Ti—6A1—4V)钛板进行高温拉伸与短时应力松弛实验中,我们采用激光扫描变形测量仪和X-Y函数记录仪,实现了应力应变及应力松弛曲线的自动记录。 本文提出用对数方程作为应力应变关系及高温短时应力松弛的数学模型,进而求得了板料在热校形中的塑性纯弯曲回弹角度及回弹半径公式。在不同的热校形条件下,计算值与实验结果相近,所得公式可用于定量估算弯曲件在热校形中的工艺参数。

In this paper the hot sizing process of titanium workpieces and titanium alloy workpieces has been analyzed, and essence of hot sizing to be substantially the relaxation of stress in the workpieces has been revealed. Three solutions and the influential factors of this stress relaxation have also been derived, calculated and enumerated. In this paper the hot sizing process of titanium workpieces and titanium alloy workpieces has been analyzed, and essence of hot sizing to be substantially the relaxation of stress in the workpieces has been revealed. Three solutions and the influential factors of this stress relaxation have also been derived, calculated and enumerated. From the experiments figures of σ=f(t), Δ=f(t) and Δ=f(T) in some titanium specimens and the influential factors of the stress relaxation have been plotted in figures, listed in tables, and thier technical criteria recommended.

本文对热校形过程进行了分析,指出其实质是应力松弛,列举了它的三种解法及影响因素。试验得到了一些钛板的σ=f(t)、⊿=f(t)和⊿=f(T)图及影响因素表,推荐了它们的热校形规范。
