The measurement of plant spectrum and analysis of plant trace--element were made on--the--spot according to the circular anomalies on Landsat image of North Tarim basin in Xinjiang. The results show that the distinct differences of plant spectral characteristic and trace--element content between anomalous area and normal area. In anomalous area, content of element Li in f plant is. more higher than in normal area, and trace-element Ni concentrated,but base element Rb decreased.

Finally,a real EXAFS measurement result by the use of Rigaku D/max-rB X-ray diffractometer at the lab of Hohai Univ. is reported. The limitation of laboratory EX-AFS is analysed.

Ternary compounds MeI AgI (Me:K,Rb,Cs) thin films were grown by vacuum evaporation.A dedicated vacuum system with a cryostat was developed,which is capable of making optical spectroscopic analysis in vacuum,at liquid nitrogen temperature.The exciton spectroscopic analysis of the ternary compounds thin films at 80 K was also discussed.
