In order to provide scientific basis for preventing metabolic disturbances of athletes trainingin hot environments, we conducted a study on the physiologic response, nutritional status, serumand sweat elements and effects of fluid supplements on 16 elite soccer players and 12 studentsof physical education institute. The main results were as follows: 1. As athletes trained in temperature of 26.6--31.0°C, RH 48--92%, the sweat volume of onetraining class averaged 2.0--3.6% of body weight; Sweat rate; 16--26...

In order to provide scientific basis for preventing metabolic disturbances of athletes trainingin hot environments, we conducted a study on the physiologic response, nutritional status, serumand sweat elements and effects of fluid supplements on 16 elite soccer players and 12 studentsof physical education institute. The main results were as follows: 1. As athletes trained in temperature of 26.6--31.0°C, RH 48--92%, the sweat volume of onetraining class averaged 2.0--3.6% of body weight; Sweat rate; 16--26 ml/min; 0.53--0.96 L/m~2/hr.;Body temperature increased 0.4--1.0°C; Urinary catacholamines output elevated; Hemoconcentration andhypoglycemia were caused. 2. Mean sweat elements levels were as follows: K~+ 32±8 mg%, Na~+ 101±36 mg%, Ca~(++) 10±4mg%, Mg~(++) 1.3±0.8 mg%, Fe(++) 63±25 g%, Zn(++) 87±23 g%, Cu(++) 34±15 g%, Nitrogen 1.17±0.36 g/d. Amonut of the sweat loss reached 37.7%(K~+), 23.7%(Na~+), 29.0%(Na~(++) ), 9.6(Mg~(++) ) ofthe diet intakes respectively. 3. The nutrition survey revealed that energy intake from fat source was high, vitamins insuffici-ent, and minerals as K~+, Ca~(++), Fe~(++) balance needed to be supervised. 4. Serum K~+ and Cu~(++) levels increased during exercise; Mg~(++) and Cu~(++) levels decreased in therecovery period of exercise. 5. Supplements of carbohydrate-electrolyte fluids helped to prevent hypoglycemia, alleviatehemoconcentration, and tended to keep element levels in sweat and serum.

The strength and endurance of quadriceps and hamstring muscles have been considered important in sports injury prevention and causation. The purpose of this study was to determine the isokinetic strength and endurance of those muscles of 54 elite male athletes (mean age 21.6 years) and 35 healthy males served as a control group (mean age 20.1 years) using a Cybex Ⅱ~+ system. Three testing speeds (60°/sec, 180°/sec and 240°/sec) were selected.The results indicated that the strength values of the quadriceps and hamstring muscles were significantlly higher in athletes than that in the control group (P<0.001).It was also found that the strength and endurance of quadriceps and hamstring muscles were different among the athletes, due to different sporting events. The torques of quadriceps were the strongest in weightlifting——3.63 Nm/kg (60/sec) 2.49 Nm/kg (180/sec) and 2.01 Nm/kg (240/sec). The strength values of hamstring were the highest in sprinter, 1.93 Nm/kg (60°/sec), 1.58 Nm/kg (180°/sec) and 1.31 Nm/kg (240°/sec). However, the strength values of quadriceps and hamstring muscles were the lowest in soccer, 3.10 Nm/kg, 1.60 Nm/kg (60°/sec), 2.01 Nm/kg, 1.13 Nm/kg (180°/sec) and 1.68 Nm/kg, 0.87 Nm/kg (240°/sec). The cyclist had the best endurance ratio of knee muscles, quadroceps 73.9% and hamstring 71.5%. The endurance ratio, however, was the lowest in weightlifting, quadriceps 54.2%, hamstring 46.3%.

研究结果证明:运动员膝关节等速肌力的各项指标均明显大于对照组青年的肌肉力量,P<0.001。在不同项目运动员中,股四头肌力最强为举重运动员,腘绳肌力最大的为短跑运动员。而足球运动员的股四头肌和腘绳肌力相对较弱。膝关节肌肉耐力最好为自行车运动员,举重运动员的耐力则最差。

However, as the intensity of exercise continued to grow, urinary excretion of B_2-microglobulin increased much faster than did total protein. Results indicate that the urinary excretion of B_2-microglobulin might be used as an effective indicator for evaluating an athlete s body function and his athletic capacity.

本文研究5周足球训练课对体院男子足球队员(n=15)运动尿蛋白质总量和β_2微球蛋白排泄量的影响。实验结果表明,在相同强度训练的适应过程中,尿β_2微球蛋白排泄量比尿蛋白总排泄量下降幅度更快、更明显;但是,当运动强度进一步增加时,β_2微球蛋白排泄量急剧升高,升高的倍数超过尿蛋白总排泄量的升高倍数。结果揭示,尿β_2微球蛋白排泄量可能是评价运动员身体机能和承受运动强度的灵敏指标。
