At the same time the producing of Nd-Fe-B magnets increased very sharply. Now China takes the second place by her annual output of Nd-Fe-B magnets after Japan. A review of Nd-Fe-B magnet industry in China and her aspect is given in present paper as a memory for her decade.

中国NdFeB磁体的研制始于1983年,此后全国如此众多的大学和研究所均介入NdFeB磁体的研究与开发。与此同时,NdFeB磁体的生产也迅速增长。今天中国NdFeB磁体的产量仅次于日本,位居世界第二。本文评述中国NdFeB磁体产业的发展现状和前景,以作为我国NdFeB磁体产业10年历程的纪念。

A novel type of axial-fiem disk-type permanent magnet brushless DC generators with u-nique arrangement and salient features is presented.Based on a simplified model for the mag-netic field in the airgap region of the machines,which is validated by a 3-D finite elementanalysis,the design of the slotless permanent magnet generators is investigated.Some sim-plified analytical expressions are derived and usedto optimize the design for several key pa-rameters on machine using Nd-Fe-B...

The coercivity of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets is enhanced by the addition of a small amount of WC and the highest one corresponds to an amount of 0.6% WC addition. But a higher amount of WC addition leads to the decrease in coercivity. The grain size decreases first and then increases with increasing the WC content. SEM observation revealed that W-Fe-B phase with colony-like shape appears at grain boundaries or in some matrix regions, and that the contents of C and W in the regions...

本文主要研究了在Nd-Fe-B烧结磁体晶界上添加WC对显微组织和磁性能的影响实验结果表明,添加少量WC时,随WC含量的增加,晶粒逐渐变细,矫顽力也逐渐升高,并且在0.6%处晶粒最细,而矫顽力则出现峰值。进一步增加WC的含量,晶粒又开始粗化,并伴随着矫顽力的下降。扫描电镜的观察显示,加WC的磁体中主相晶界和晶界附近的主相晶内出现了一些杆状相.能谱分析表明,该相为W-Fe-B相,在此化合物附近区域和晶界处的C和W含量高于其它基体区域.
