根据肌苷发酵过程主要是溶氧传质控制的结论,本文研究了操作变量和装置结构变量对环流发酵反应器中氧传递的影响,定量地得到气含率,液体循环速度和结构因素对氧传递的关系。对发酵反应器中溶氧浓度分布进行了摸拟计算,依据计算的结果提出了较佳的 D_E/D 和 L_E/D 的结构。

L-(+)-乳酸是一种重要的有机酸,它在食品、医药、化工等领域具有广泛的用途。与乳杆菌相比,根霉发酵营养要求简单,所产L-(+)-乳酸纯度高,是国内外生产L-(+)-乳酸普遍采用的菌种。近十几年来,国内外学者对根霉发酵生产L-(+)-乳酸的研究主要集中在下列五个方面:菌种、代谢机理、培养基、发酵工艺、发酵动力学。

The exo-poLysaccharide production by fermentation process with Cordyceps militaris and the kinetics of fermentation were studied. The mathematical kinetic models describing the biomass growth and product formation were obtained, which provided a reasonable regression with test data, on the base of the formula of the biomass specific growth rate μ=μ(t) and the biomass growth rate(dCx/dt=μCx). And the result showed that the kinetics equations can describe fermentation process very well.

对蛹虫草胞外多糖的发酵过程和发酵动力学进行了研究。基于菌丝体的定义(dCx/dt=μCx)和菌丝体比生长速率μ[μ=μ(t)],得到了描述发酵过程中菌丝体生长和胞外多糖生成的数学模型,同时对实验数据与模型进行了比较,结果拟合良好,说明此模型较好地反映了蛹虫草胞外多糖的发酵过程及其动力学机制。
