本文应用动态规划研究兰新线玉门段铁路两侧水资源开发多阶段决策过程的最优化问题,采用整个输水系统的总费用最小和净效益最大分别作为目标函数,并分别建立数学模型,结合当地的自然条件和统计资料,选择了是最佳引水路线方案,并对水资源进行科学而合理地分配。经过15年来的运用实践证明:这些数学模型和计算方法是行之有效的。

The relation between amount of Mownsand and wind Velocity were studied by 7means of self-developed sand-taped instrument in three years started from 1985 at Turpan-Y urgou section of Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway.

The major reason is that the distruction of ground surface during the construction of railway in gobi region exposed tne umderlying sand source to wind erosion and causes wind - sand flow hazards to the railway. In the past twenty tears such protective measures as "with forest as sandbreaK " ,"blocking the sand outside the forest and removing sand nearby the railway " have been adopted and achieved great successes.

兰新铁路通过戈壁地区线路长达1050km,铁路营建后受到戈壁风沙流危害,兰铁玉门段向阳湖、垦场区间长约30公里,危害尤烈。产生的原因是戈壁铁路修建中,破坏地表使蕴藏的沙粒失去掩蔽,成为风沙的来源和加强风沙流活动,并在铁路上形成积沙。经二十多年努力,采取“以林养障(沙障)”,“林外截沙源,路内消积沙”的防护措施,取得了成效。
