The teatment of industrial wastewater form the manufacture of N-(benzimidazol-2)-methyl-carbamate fungicide and the intermediat was carried out by resin adsorption-biological contact oxidation technique which has shown a good treating ability to the wastewater by using the macroporous polymeric adsorbent H-103 Resin and a high reclamation rate of the important intermediate 1,2-diaminobenzene. The teatment of industrial wastewater form the manufacture of N-(benzimidazol-2)-methyl-carbamate fungicide and the intermediat was carried out by resin adsorption-biological contact oxidation technique which has shown a good treating ability to the wastewater by using the macroporous polymeric adsorbent H-103 Resin and a high reclamation rate of the important intermediate 1,2-diaminobenzene. Meanwhile, the process of biological contact oxidation can further reduce the contents of organic solutes and the indices of COD and BOD to the allowable values by national standard for the water.

本文采用树脂吸附-生物接触氧化法的工艺对多菌灵及其中间体废水进行了综合治理的研究。结果表明,H-103大孔吸附树脂对该废水具有良好的吸附处理效果,废水中大部分邻苯二胺可回收,废水吸附后再经过生物接触氧化法处理,硝基物和苯胺类有机物COD和BOD均可达到国家排放标准,该工艺具有良好的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。
