Delayed solidification cementing slurry system is one of the technical keys of delayed solidfication cementing technology.In order to pledge smoothly implementing the technology,a formulation system and lab experiment assessment methods of delayed solidification well cementing slurry are studied and applied to oil gas fields.On the basis of the native oil well cement experiments,sieve method,settling method,simulating casing insert method etc.are studied and the simulation device for casing test is designed.The formulation system is of the characteristics of long mobile time,light settling,small plastic viscosity and yield value,higher compression strength etc.On the spot applied result shows the experiment method and formulation design can meet requirement;corrosion casing pipe can be repaired and the cost of well drilling can be decreased.

延迟凝固固井工艺的技术关键之一是延迟凝固水泥浆体系。为保证延迟凝固固井工艺的顺利实施,研究了延迟凝固水泥浆的配方体系、室内实验评价方法并应用于油气田现场。在原有油井水泥实验规范的基础上,系统地研究了延迟凝固水泥浆与现场作业相适应的筛分法、沉降法及模拟套管插入等评价方法,自行设计了延迟凝固固井工艺的模拟下套管试验台架。所研究的水泥浆配方体系具有:可流动时间长、沉降轻微、塑性粘度和屈服值小及凝固后具有较高的抗压强度等特性。现场应用结果表明:室内实验方法和水泥浆配方设计合理,满足了现场施工工艺要求,使用延迟凝固固井工艺可修复腐蚀套管和节约钻井成本,并为小间隙固井提供了一条新途径。

Combined the cementing technique of changing drilling fluid into slurry by taking the blast furnace slag as hydrated material with the universal fluid cementing technology,the solidified and hardened mud cake may be formed on the borehole wall,which contributes to sealing formation,reducing or preventing the loss of circulation and liquid column drop of slurry through lost circulation zones while cementing.The integrity and cementing quality of the borehole may be enhanced by use of the universal fluid.Through displacing the barite by blast furance slag,the universal fluid density of 1.18 g/cm 3 designed for an adjustment well can be obtained.The diffusion process of slag drilling fluid solidification liquid in the universal fluid and its compression strength,rheological property and stability,etc.,were studied and tested.It is shown by the research results that the activators in the slag drilling fluid solidification liquid can diffuse into the mud cake and the drilling fluid left around annular space,causing the cake and fluid to be entirely solidified,which can realize the fine cementation of both the first and the second interfaces,prevent oil,gas and water form channeling and enhance cementing quality.The slag drilling fluid solidification liquid is of high compression strength and good rheological property and stability,being beneficial to enhance cementing quality.Because the universal fluid cementing technique has great technical superiority for enhancing the cementing quality of horizontal well,it is suggested to research and apply.

以高炉矿渣为水化材料,使钻井液转化为水泥浆固井技术,与多功能钻井液固井工艺技术相结合,井壁形成可固化的坚硬的泥饼,有助于地层封隔,减少或阻止循环漏失和固井注水泥中水泥浆通过漏失层位的液柱回落。多功能钻井液可以提高井眼的完整性和固井注水泥质量。文中介绍对调整井设计密度为1.16g/cm3,用高炉矿渣代替重晶石加重的多功能钻井液。试验研究了矿渣钻井液固化液在多功能钻井液中的扩散过程和矿渣钻井液固化液的抗压强度、流变性、稳定性等性能。研究结果表明:矿渣钻井液固化液中的激活剂能扩散到泥饼和残留于环空中的钻井液中,使钻井液滤饼和残留于环空中的钻井液全部固化,实现第一界面、第二界面的良好胶结,防止油气水窜,提高固井质量。矿渣钻井液固化液抗压强度高,流变性和稳定性好,有利于提高固井质量。多功能钻井液固井技术对提高水平井固井质量有较大的技术优势,建议研究应用。
