The modulator is the core of the high power radar transmitter, it influences directly on the transmitter's performance. In the past, the vacuum-tube was employed as the switch device.The vacuum-tube modulator had complified circuit and needed auxiliary power supply and circuit, so that its volume was big, the filaminent power and plate loss were also large, which resulted in lower efficiency (about 60~70%). Aimed at the mentioned problems, the authors have developed a 20kV/400A all-solid-state modulator....

Aimed at the mentioned problems, the authors have developed a 20kV/400A all-solid-state modulator. Its peak output power was increaced to 8kW after boosting by means of pulse transformer and the efficiency was more than 90%, so it can completely replace the vacuum-tube modulator. The volume and weight of developed transmitter has decreased by a factor of 3/4, the assist devices applied in transmitter was cuted down to 1/2~1/3. Comparison shown the all-solid-state modulator has perfect prospect in high power transmitter.

In order to enhance the rectangle level of medium plate and to reduce the plate loss of side and end cutting, Plan View Control is an effective method that increases the finishing product rate. The predictive model of side and end is the base of Plan View Control. On the base of intrinsic model, the reason of side and end deformation is analyzed. The model is set up based on Adaptive-Networks-Based Fuzzy Interference System; the simulation result indicates that the modeling is preciseness.

为了使中厚板矩形化,减少切边量和切头尾量,提高成材率,平面形状控制成为解决其有效的方法。边部和头尾的预报模型是平面形状控制的基础,在已有的模型的基础上,分析边部和头尾变形的原因,根据实验数据,应用自适应神经模糊推理系统建立了边部和头尾的模型,并通过仿真验证了模型的正确性。
