When the mutual independence of seismic precusors is unclear, such curves might be useful for relatively estimating earthquake occurrence rate. Under conditions of seismic precursors mentioned above, it seems that the synthetic probability curves in half a year exceeding 0.5 can be taken as an index for predicting earthquake occurrence for earthquakes with M = 6, 7.

The major stabilization structures of DRUJ were resected step by step, and biomechenical assessment was done. Results After resection of anterior half segment in the horizontal part of the triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC), DRUJ was unstable in supination position. After resection of posterior half segment in the horizontal part of TFCC, DRUJ was unstable in pronation. After resection of entire horizontal part of TFCC and the distal interosseous membrane, DRUJ was unstable in every position. Conclusions Stability of DRUJ relies mainly on the horizontal portion of TFCC and the distal interosseous membrane. The dorsal radioulnar ligament (DRUL) was more important than the palmer radioulnar ligament (PRUL) in maintaining DRUJ stability in full pronation, while the PRUL was more important than the DRUL in full supination.

目的 从生物力学的角度分析桡尺远侧关节 (distalradioulnarjoint,DRUJ)稳定结构在前臂活动中的稳定作用及损伤后的临床体征。方法 用自制的实验架固定 8侧新鲜上肢标本。分级切除桡尺远侧关节的主要稳定结构 ,进行生物力学测量分析。结果 三角纤维软骨复合体 (triangularfibrocartilagecomplex ,TFCC)水平部分前半段切除后 ,DRUJ于旋后位时不稳定 ;水平部分后半段切除后 ,DRUJ于旋前位时不隐定 ;TFCC水平部及远侧骨间膜全部切除后 ,DRUJ于各个位置均不稳定。结论 DRUJ的稳定性主要依靠TFCC水平部分和远侧骨间膜的维持。背侧桡尺韧带在前臂旋前位时 ,维持DRUJ的稳定作用较掌侧桡尺韧带大 ;相反 ,在旋后位时掌侧桡尺韧带比背侧桡尺韧带更为重要。

The backward signal was studied more before, but the research to the forward signal is not enough.OBJECTIVE: To extract the heart excitation source signals in human pulse wave.DESIGN: A randomized controlled design.SETTING: Second Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University Biomedical Engineering institute of Shandong University.PARTICIPANTS: Health physical-examined persons in the Second Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University on March 11,2004 were recurited. RM6240 physiological signals collection system was adopted. METHODS: The collection of pulse wave in healthy persons was input into system-analysis mode and based on the principle of blind deconvolution and feasible arithmetic, heart source signals were obtained.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:①Normal human pulse wave ②The heart excitation source signals.RESULTS: In the back-half segment of cepstrum (n> n0), periodic impulse was in accordance with the basic human pulse frequency. There was an excitation source in the pulse wave. If high-pass filter was defined to the signal (when n0 equals to 30 in the experimentation the result will be best.), we could get the heart excitation source signal after it was filtered, F transformation, index and inverse transformation. CONCLUSION: This method is practical and feasible and will provide a basis to further analyze pulse wave.

背景:人体脉搏信号可以看作是心脏源的激励信号和脉搏系统冲激响应的卷积,目前对脉搏冲激响应有了较详细的认识,但是对激励源信号的研究还需深入。目的:提取心脏激励源信号的特征波形。设计:随机对照实验。单位:中国医科大学附属第二医院,山东大学生物医学工程所。对象:2004-3-11在中国医科大学附属第二医院体检的身体健康的成年人。RM6240多道生理信号采集系统。方法:将采集到的正常人的脉搏信号,输入到同态解卷的脉搏系统分析模型上,利用脉搏信号盲解卷的原理,基于实际可行的算法,提取心脏激励源信号。主要观察指标:①正常的脉搏信号波形。②心脏激励源信号。结果:在复时谱的后端(n>n0),周期性的脉冲和脉搏信号的基本周期一致。证实了脉搏信号中存在一个周期性激励源。如果采用高通滤波器(实验过程中,用到的复时谱滤波器n0选择30左右,效果最佳)进行滤波,得到的复时谱分量再经过傅氏变换,指数运算和傅氏逆变换,就能得到激励源信号波形。结论:实际可行的算法为脉搏信号的进一步分析提供了依据。
