In accordance with the situation of low reservoir pressure and low working fluid level, which resulting in production decline or even shut in due to low pump efficiency, the matching processes, i.e. deep pumping, such as deep pump, anchor device, Z331 114 hot washing packer, bleeder and Class H string, have been adopted. The setting depth of pump is deepened to ensure submergence (pump setting depth deepened from 1 500 m to 2 700 m averagely). Pressure difference has been improved...

In accordance with the situation of low reservoir pressure and low working fluid level, which resulting in production decline or even shut in due to low pump efficiency, the matching processes, i.e. deep pumping, such as deep pump, anchor device, Z331 114 hot washing packer, bleeder and Class H string, have been adopted. The setting depth of pump is deepened to ensure submergence (pump setting depth deepened from 1 500 m to 2 700 m averagely). Pressure difference has been improved to keep normal production. This technique has been tested on site in low permeability reservoir of Xinglongtai oilfield, and achieved good result.

针对兴隆台油田开发中后期出现的油层压力低、油井动液面低 ,造成油井因泵效过低而减产甚至停产的情况 ,采用深抽泵、锚定器、Z3 3 1-114热洗封隔器组件、泄油器及H级杆柱组合等配套工艺即深抽工艺技术 ,通过加深泵挂保证泵的沉没度 (将泵挂由目前的平均 -15 0 0m加深至平均 -2 70 0m) ,提高生产压差 ,从而保证油井正常生产。该技术在兴隆台油田低渗油层进行了现场试验 ,取得了较好的效果。
