本文用传递矩阵的方法建立了描述往复泵—管路液力系统流体动力特性方程,井导出了各子系统的传递矩阵。该方程综合考虑了空气包、泵阀的动态特性以及不同管路、液缸间压力的相互影响。研究和计算结果表明,该方程全面地、接近实际地反映了往复泵工作过程中液体的动态特性,从而替代以往的、建立在伯努利方程基础上的往复泵液力系统、用于泵实际工作过程的动态特性分析计算方法。

介绍了在自然循环整体实验装置(NCIF)上完成的自然循环静态特性实验结果。通过对3种泵路(泵及其出口节流件)阻力系数条件下的自然循环静态特性实验,获得了一回路平均温度维持不变的自然循环工况下,系统各热工水力参数随加热功率的变化规律;并对影响稳态自然循环流动的主要因素进行了分析。
