This paper studies the spectrophotometric determination of reducing sugars in granulated white sugar using K_3Fe(CN)_6.The optimum condi- tions of this method have been founded:①wave length,λ=420nm;②thick- ness of the cell is 0.5cm;③concentration of the standard color solution of K_3Fe(CN)_6 is 1.8mg/mL(each mL contains 30 mgof anhydrous Na_2CO_3); ④the initial temperature of reaction is 80℃ and the final temperature is 100℃;⑤temperature keeping time(at 100℃) is 2 rain.Under these condi- tions,the linearity region of this method is 0.3~0.8mg of reducing sugars and the reproducibility is good.A correction on the presence of sucrose has been made using Ofner method as reference and the correction of this method under the conditions mentioned above has been calculated.This study indi- cates:accuracy,recovery and reproducibility of this method are the same as those of Ofner method for the pure reducing sugars solution;but it is much more rapid than the Ofner method,requires much less reagents and several samples can be measured at the same time.Therefore,this method is advanta- geous to improve the analytical work efficiency and automatic measurement.

本文研究了利用铁氰化钟测定白砂糖中的还原糖分的分光光度法,确定了它的最佳测定条件为:①波长420nm,②比色皿厚度0.5cm,③标准色液浓度为1.8mg 铁氰化钾/mL(含无水碳酸钠30mg),④反应的起始温度80℃、最终温度100℃,⑤保温时间2min。在此条件下,该法的线性范围是0.3~0.8mg 还原糖,具有较好的重现性。本研究以奥夫奈尔法作参比,对蔗糖存在的影响进行了校正,算出了实验条件下的校正数。研究表明:对纯还原糖溶液,该法的准确度、回收率和重现性均与奥夫奈尔法的相当;它,比奥夫奈尔法快速得多、节省试剂,并能同时测定多个样品,从而有利于分析工效提高和自动测定。
