Finally,some design shortages are also pointed out.

参照国内外同类型机组特点及有关参数,设计出了国产219直缝焊管机组,简要叙述了219机组设计特点和有关参数:机组基本参数,工艺流程,成型区长度确定,成型机传动系统设计要点,水平辊、立辊辊径的确定、导向辊、挤压辊、成型辊孔型选择,内毛刺刀、活套、开卷矫平机、剪焊机、飞锯机的结构特点。最后指出了设计存在问题,由于笼式活套、W孔型选用系粗略概算,铣头机步进式台架仅理论推算合理,这些有待在实践中验证。

When the spreading width of asphalt concrete core wall is less than the minimum roller width, owing to the supporting of transitional material on both sides of the core wall, it becomes “joint riding” rolling. To solve the rolling technology problems of using wider vibration roller to roll narrower asphalt concrete core wall, the experimental research on the technological parameters of “joint riding” rolling was carried out aiming at asphalt concrete core wall construction of Maopingxi earth and rockfill dam of Three Gorges Project and the difficult technical issues of “wider roller rolling narrower wall” was solved. The technical indexes of asphalt concrete obtained in experiment met design requirement and could be applied in asphalt concrete core wall construction. The experimental research accumulated experience for the similar works. This rolling construction technology of asphalt concrete core wall in Maopingxi earth and rockfill dam of TGP was the first application in China.

碾压式沥青混凝土心墙,是将热拌后的沥青混合料按一定的厚度摊铺在铺筑部位上,然后用适当的振动碾碾压成型。当沥青混凝土心墙摊铺宽度小于振动碾最小碾轮宽度时,由于心墙两侧过渡料对振动碾的支承作用,致使碾压方式变为骑缝碾压。为了解决"宽"轮振动碾碾压"窄"沥青混凝土心墙的骑缝碾压施工技术难题,针对三峡茅坪溪防护土石坝沥青混凝土心墙施工,进行了沥青混凝土心墙骑缝碾压工艺参数试验研究,解决了"宽碾碾窄墙"的施工技术难题,所取得的沥青混凝土各项技术指标能满足设计要求,适用于沥青混凝土心墙施工,为类似工程施工积累了经验。三峡茅坪溪防护土石坝沥青混凝土心墙骑缝碾压施工工艺为国内首创的施工方法。
