针对含贵金属 0 1 2 %的高冰镍磨浮磁选铜镍合金氯化浸出渣富集贵金属生产流程中的不足 ,提出了新的工艺流程结构 ,包括煤油脱除元素硫 -熔炼含贵金属高锍 -加压酸浸三个步骤 ,贱金属分离效率 ( % ) :Cu 99 5、Ni 99 8、Fe 94 5、S 99 6、SiO2 98 8;贵金属回收率 ( % ) :Pt 98 0、Pd 97 0、Au 97 0 ,产出贵金属品位 >30 % ,贵贱比 >1的精矿。

The movement and distribution of nickel, copper, cobalt and precious metals in the mineral processing and products at No.1 concentrator of Jingchuan Co. were investigated. The results show that the existing technological flowsheet can well recover nickel, copper and cobalt while the precious metal recovery level remains to be improved.

考查了金川公司一选厂镍、铜、钴、贵金属等在选矿过程及产品中的走向与分布。结果表明 ,现有工艺流程能较好地回收镍、铜、钴等金属 ,而贵金属的回收水平有待提高。

使用具有选择性吸附作用的微生物或动植物碎片等生物吸附剂,可以达到脱除重金属离子、难降解或有毒有机物等污染物的目的。此外在采矿和处理含贵金属的废水过程中,也可以使用生物吸附剂来富集回收贵金属。介绍了生物吸附剂的来源、种类、制备和生物吸附的工艺,同时分析总结了生物吸附剂的应用领域及其经济可行性,并提出了今后尚须深入研究的问题。
