本文提出了一个完整的基于三维小波变换的实时图像采集系统的方案。其中,三维小波变换在运算中转换为成熟的FFT进行计算,以节省时间。对分解后的低频域采用ADPCM的量化法,其中基于开关预测器的系数,用查表法自适应地选取。而对高频域的信号采用VQ(几何矢量)量化法。在模板匹配上,不用传统的均方误差最小法作为匹配准则。然后,给出了一个实用而完整的实时图像采集系统框图。该系统选用新型的80960CA芯片作为系统核心。最后,以表格形式列出采集图像时系统各部分所需的时间。
