In the wake of development of HDTV and graphic display in workstation, the quality of color monitor (display) tubes must be improved. For achieving display with high resolution, an axiasymmetric electron optical system is adopted to decrease the size of spot on screen. This paper uses SEU 3D program to simulate electron optical system in color monitor tubes. Taking account of the characters of electron optical system in color monitor tubes, this program uses some special methods to analyse the system so that the result obtained from the simulation can fit the actual condition properly.

Objective To determine the relationships between excitatory amino acids glutamate (Glu) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) on patients with glasgow coma scale (GCS),Intracranial pressure (ICP)and cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) following acute brain injury and brain edema (BE)in humans. Methods CSF samples were obtained from ventricular ICP monitoring tube or from lambar puncture per 24 hours on 42 adults with acute injury and then CSF Glu were analyzed by refersed-phrase HPIC with fluorescent detector .Admitted GCS were assessed,ICP were measured continuously by ventricular ICP monitoring (27 cases) or were determined by lumbar puncture (15 cases ),and CPP=MABP-ICP Results Glu peak values of GCS≤8 group was significantly higher than those GCS>8 group ( P <0 001);GCS was remarkably correlated to Glu peak values (γ s=-0 5706, P <0 001).Glu peak values of the RICP group (ICP>2 67kPa) was higher than those of NICP group(ICP≤2 67kPa)( P <0 05);ICP was also correlated to Glu peak values (γ s=0 3260, P <0 05).Glu peak values of LCPP group (CPP<8 0kPa) was higher than those of NCPP one (CPP≥8 0kPa);but no cotelation appeared between CPP and Clu peak value (γ s=0 2019, P >0 1) Conclusions These data suggested that the more severe the trauma the more obvious the excitotoxicity induced by Glu,and the more serious the second brain insult and BE,and lead to increase of ICP which in turn result in the decrease of CPP and deteriorating of global ischemic damage connected with Glu excitotoxicity. 目的探讨急性脑外伤病人CSF中兴奋性氨基酸谷氨酸(Glu)与GCS、ICP和CPP的相关关系。方法用反向高效液相色谱法动态检测每24小时采集的CSF中Glu含量,评估入院时GCS,脑室监护法或腰穿测定ICP,CPP=MABP-ICP。结果GCS≤8分组CSF中Glu显著高于GCS>8分组(P<0001);GCS与Glu峰值显著负相关(γs=-05706,P<0001)。ICP>267kPa(20mmHg)组Glu峰值明显高于ICP≤267kPa组(P<005);ICP也与Glu峰值相关(γs=03260,P<005)。低CPP组(CPP<80kPa)Glu峰值高于正常CPP组(P<005);但CPP与Clu峰值间无统计学相关(γs=02019,P>01)。结论脑外伤越重,Glu诱导的兴奋性毒性作用越明显,继发性脑损害脑水肿也越重,导致的ICP升高又使CPP下降,恶化脑血供,后者又可诱发Glu释放。说明了CSF中Glu与GCS、ICP和CPP之间的内在联系。

对内偏转彩色显像管技术进行了详细论述。分析了材料的真空放气特性对阴极寿命的影响。由于偏转线圈放在管内 ,不能用传统的管球与线圈装配程序进行装配。为了得到好的着屏和会聚质量 ,设计了特殊的装配步骤。给出了 14英寸和 2 1英寸电视机 (TVTs)用以及 2 1英寸彩色监视器 (CMTs)用内偏转管的分析测试结果。
