The fire risk in different stand types in Liaoning were classified by using fuzzy cluster analysis,in the classification 37 kinds of main stand types were regard as cluster unit,in each cluster unit those cluster factors as following were selected:the occurrence frequency of stand fire,the amount of forest fuel,the moisture content of forest fuel,the thickness of litter layer,the velocity of burning and spreading of forest fuel.Stand types of different level fire risk were divided into four grade(Ⅰ~Ⅳ),The distribution of stand types in Ⅰ~Ⅲ grade over Liaoning province were listed.

采用模糊聚类分析方法 ,以辽宁省各地区常见的主要林型 37个为聚类单元 ,选取各聚类单元中的林火发生频度、地被可燃物载量、可燃物含水率、凋落物层厚度、可燃物燃烧蔓延速度作为聚类因子 ,进行全省林型火险等级划分。聚类分析结果划分出了不同火险级别 (Ⅰ~Ⅳ )林型 ,并详细列出Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级火险林型在省内分布情况

Causes for the phenomenon such as corrosion of base plate, wax on the wall, clogging of central drainpipe, falling of fire main due to corrosion, fire pipe blockage due to rust are analyzed. Based on the analysis, corresponding measures including retarding plate corrosion, improving scraper, fastening stand fire main, adding rust - resisting valve and auto- sewerage are introduced in detail.

对1985年投产的旧式浮顶油罐罐底板腐蚀、罐壁结蜡、中央排水管堵塞、消防立管腐蚀穿孔掉下、消防管线经常被锈渣堵塞产生的原因进行了分析。提出了延缓罐底板腐蚀、改造刮板、固定消防立管、增设除渣阀、安装自动排水装置等具体改进措施。
