Objective The effect of oxidation and peroxidation in workers exposed to oil refinery waste water in low concentration was observed.Methods Contents of malonaldehyde(MDA)and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum,and activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT)in whole blood of 73 workers exposed to oil refinery waste water and 129 control workers never exposed to hazardous chemicals were examined.Results Comparing with control workers,the activities of SOD in serum and GSH-Px in whole blood of exposed workers were significantly higher(P<0 01),while activity of CAT had no obvious change in these two groups.Activity of GSH-Px in those <20 yrs.of working age in the exposed group was obviously \{higher\} than that of the control group.However,no significant change in the exposed group with >20 yrs. of working age was found.Only the activity of SOD in exposed group with <5 yrs. of working age was higher than that of the control group(P<0 05).Conclusions With a long term exposure to low concentration volatiles from oil refinery wastewater,the activities of lipid peroxidation and anti oxidation were under stimulated condition,which might be a defensive mechanism of the body.

目的 探讨低浓度炼油污水作业对人体氧化和过氧化反应的影响。方法 检测 73例污水处理作业工人和 12 9例健康对照血清丙二醛 (MDA)含量和血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活力。结果 污水处理作业工人血清SOD和全血GSH -Px活力与对照组相比 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,CAT的差异不具有显著性。中工龄组 (5~ 2 0年 )GSH -Px活力明显高于对照组 ,而高工龄组 (>2 0年 )差异不具有显著性。接触组SOD活力仅低工龄组 (<5年 )较对照组高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 低浓度长期接触炼油污水挥发物 ,体内的脂质过氧化反应和抗氧化机制均处于亢奋状态 ,后者可能是机体的一种防御机制。

炼油厂含油废水具有COD值高和含油量高、易燃等特点,造成环境污染.本文探讨超声波-紫外线联合降解炼油厂含油废水的反应机理;并对反应动力学进行了研究,建立了动力学模型.其动力学方程为(-rA)=0.116CA,动力学参数为:Ea=56.1kJ/mol,k0=3.1.采用不同实际体系的实验数据对动力学模型进行了验证.结果表明,动力学模型的计算数据与实验数据能够较好的吻合.
