The properties of the local non-polar terms in latitude observations have been studied in this article. On the basis of analyzing the differences between instantaneously obtained latitude data of two different instruments at one and the same atation, we have fully demonstrated that the actual accuracy of latitude observations is much less than the internal accuracy of an instrument. And we have concluded that the main part of the non-polar term is composed of the error-factors, such as irregular refraction...

With the CCD System attached to the 60 cm optical telescope at Beijing Observatory, the optical positions of radio sources IERS 0716+714 and IERS0839+187 are presented in this paper. The positions in the FK5 system are determined in terms of reference stars from the cataolgue of Carlsberg Automatic Meridian Circle (CAMC). The internal accuracy of the positions is of the order of 0."19. Our results are also compared with other optical and radio catalogues.

利用北京天文台具有CCD终端的60cm光学望远镜(V波段)观测射电源的光学对应体,得到了0716+714和0839+187精确的光学位置。参考星表采用拉帕尔玛(LaPalma)的18cm全自动子午环观测资料编制的CAMC星表,该星表是FK5星表系统。两颗源位置的内符精度约为0.″19,与其他作者给出的光学和射电位置观测结果分别进行了比较
