In TIG welding of titanium alloys, the welding quality usually depends on the gas shielding. According to the moving laws of shielding airsteam, the gas turbulence and state of gas speed distribution at the outlet of a nozzle are the main factors to determine the form of gas steam motion and its shielding effect. Hence a new type of plate-sieve device has been developed. It consists of a welding gun for welding titanium alloys, wich has the performance of adjusting and controlling the moving state of shielding gas steam. It is simple in design, light in weight, protective in a large range, and safe in operation under great current welding conditions. Therefore it is of great value in practical use.

应用TIG焊接钛合金时,气体保护问题常常是决定焊接质量的关键。文中在分析研究焊接保护气流运动规律的基础上,指出焊枪喷咀出口截面处的气流紊流度和速度分布状态,是影响保护气流运动形式以及保护效果的主要因素。通过试验研究,文章提出了一种新的板状筛孔装置。设有这种装置的钛合金焊枪,不仅具有调节和控制保护气流运动状态的功能,而且焊枪结构简单轻巧,保护范围大,在大电流焊接规范下,无需采取任何附加保护措施,因而具有很好的生产实用价值。

Using thermal simulation technique, the weldability of adual-phase steel under CO_2 gas shielding is investigated. The experiment results show that, in the simulated HAZ of this steel, at the position where the peak temperature of the thermal cycle is about 600℃, the structure becomes softened. 本文采用热模拟技术,对热轧双相钢的二氧化碳气体保护焊焊接性能进行了研究。结果发现,热轧双相钢焊接热影响区在热循环峰值温度为600℃左右处发生软化,其原因与马氏体高温回火使内应力释放及铁素体软化有关,但其抗拉强度仍大于600 MPa,本文初步证明了热轧双相钢CO_2气体保护焊的可行性。
