In this paper, the advances of the biomedical polymer-based composite materials have been reviewed. The biomedical polymers obtained by mixing with some inorganic fillers, metals, carbons and the other polymers to enhance the biocompatibility have also been introduced. the influence of the microphase separation and domain structure on the blood compatibility of the polymer based composite materials for biomedicine was described. It was well known that the degree of phase segregation, shape and size of domains will affect the blood compatibility.In addition, the achievement of the microporous polymer complex penetrated with bioorganic materials and texture, such used as artificial artery and skin, etc.,was reported.Finally, the composite interaction of the polymer composition of organism tissue have heen discussed.

L.vacuolum,Macroptycha orthosticha,M.orthosticha var.lata,M.microthelis,M.rhynchophorm,M.revolutivus,M.fovolata,M.branchoides,M.plurilocularis,Buedingiisphaeridium crebrum,Baltisphaeridiumtylacanthum,B.ziyangensis,Micrhystridium didymum,Peteinosphaeridium xiphop-terum,Polygonium gracile var.retis.The micropalaeoflora from Gaoqiao district form three distinct assemblages(see table 1).The first assemblage comes from the Gaoqiao Fr.(sample numbers 1—7).This assemblage is marked by the flourishing of the type of smaller vesicle,of whichmicrhystridium and buedingiisphaeridium crebrum can be representative.Of primeimportance there are following biota:Baltisphaeridium hirsutoides,B.strictum,B.spinosum,B.simplex,Buedingiisphaeridium tremadocum,B.crebrum,Acantho-diacrodium simplex,A.partialis,Micrhystridium shinetonensis,M.robstum,M.exiguum,M,imitatum,M.lanceolatum,Stelliferidium simplex,S.cf.stelligerum. According to the acritarch range chart as shown by Rasul and Downie(1974)and Rasul(1974),most of these have a limited vertical range and are restric-ted to Tremadoc age in England.Part of these have also been obtained fromthe Tangchi Fr.(Tremadocian)in Yunnan,China.The Upper part of GaoqiaoFr.was said to contain Tetragraptus--Niobella.Fauna.On the basis of availabledata,a Tremadoc age of this assemblage appears to be rational.The second assemblage,which comes from the lower part of QuanhekouFr.(sample numbers 8—13)can be represented by Baltisphaeridium—Poly-gonium—Peteinosphaeridium.The striking feature of this assemblage is the size ofthe vesicle which is commonly 50—70μm,some even up to 100 μm in diameterand the sharp increase in taxa and biomass,as well as the repid wane of Micrhys-tridium and Buedingiisphaeridium(see fig.3).The important elements are the follow-ing:Baltisphaeridium accomodatum,B.mutiens,B.cf.brevituberculatum,B.psilatum,B.impalpabile,Polygonium pellicidum,P.polygonale,P.septangulum,P.spinosum,P.dentatum,P.mininum,P.Nalivkini,P.gracile,Peteinosphaeridium palmatum,P.xi-phopterum,Goniosphaeridium canningianum,G,punges.This a(?)semblage resembles thatcomes from the Hongshiyia Fr.in Yunnan,China and that comes from Dawan Fr.in the eastern Gorges district,which have been given an Arennig age in a num-ber of papers.A part of the taxa in this assemblage are in the arenigian in Fran-ce(Rauscher 1974),in Czeckslovakia(Vavrdova 1966)and in East Germany(Burmann 1968,1970),but commonly in Arenig—Llandeilo in Australia(Co-mbaz and Peniguel 1972,Playford and Martin 1984).Martin observed that thedifferences between the acritarch assemblages of the Arenig and the Llanvirnseries are slight(Martin 1978).The locality of sample 10 yields Tetragraptus ap-proximatus,Didymograptus saucros and the locality twenty meters above thisyields Did ymograptus filiformis.Taking all these facts into account an Arenig agefor this assemblage seems to be reasonable.The third assemblage comes from the middle part of the Quanhekou Fr.(sample numbers 14—17).The important elements are as follows:Baltisphaeri-dium annulatum,B.spinosum,B.tylacanthum,B.plicatum,B.scapigerum,Ordovidiumiumsp.,?Lophosphaeridium vacuollum,L.obtusatum,L.rarum and a few Peteinosphaerid-ium spp.The feature of this assemblage is indistinctive.Although the taxa comm-only occur bed in U S S R,they have long time range.The confirmedage of this assemblages can not be given at present.All the three assemblages that are dominated by the types of Sphaerimorphitaeand Acanthomorphitae(exceeding 70% in total of taxa)show some affinities withthe Baltic or Boreal Palaeoplankton Province distinguished by Vavrdova(1974). Description of new speciesLophosphaeridium Timofeev,emend.Xing 1978Lphosphaeridium aperapex sp.n.,pl.3,figs.12,13Description:Vesicle originally spherical;outline circular with 25—30 μm indiameter;protuberances regularly distributed on vesicle wall;dome-like,1—2 μmin basal breadth;the highness less than the basal breadth;most of them openatop and form a minut pit but unpenetrate the wall.Remark:This species can not be identified With any previously institutedspecies.Some of the protuberances on the same specimen open on the top,othersdo not.Holotype:pl.3,fig.12,pjb 12-5,112.1/12.5Etymology:Lat.aper,opening;apex,top.Lophosphearidium foratum sp.n.,pl.3,figs.10,11.Description:Vesicle outline circular with 50—55μm in diameter.Protubrancesspaced on vesicle regularly,solid,cuspidal;2μm in both highness and basal brea-dth.Vesicle wall penetrated with humorous opening,1 μm in diameter.Comprision:This new species resembles Lophosphaeridium rarum Tim.1959,but differ in having humorous penetrated minute openig on the wall.This speciesmay assign to genus Tasmanites without protubrances.Holotype:pl.3,fig.10, pjb 12—5,112.1/12.5Etymology:Lat.foratus,penetrated wall.?Lophosphaeridium vacuollum sp.n.,pl.4,figs.11,12,18.Descripton:Outline of vesicle circular with 70—80 μm in diameter.Vesiclewall thin,psilate or granulate.Processes rughly rounded trangular in outline,6—12μm in basal breadth and 7—15 μm in highness.Processe interiors hollow but notcommunicate with vesicle cavity;no excystment opening observed.Discussion:There is uncertainty in the application of the generic name Lop-hosphaeridium.According to the gross feature this species is temporally ascribedto Lophosphaeridium as a repsitory.Holotype:pl.4,fig.12,pjb 16—5,100/14.2Etymology:Lat.vacuolum,hollow,refer to processe.Monotrematosphaeridium Xing 1962Monotrematosphaeridium dysoris sp.n.,pl.2,figs.3—5. 陕西紫阳高桥地区的奥陶系为浅变质的笔石页岩。该区皮家坝剖面的下奥陶统中产丰富的微古植物,共计45属、200余种,其中有新种17个,新变种2个。自下而上分为三个组合带,组合Ⅰ,产于高桥组,以Micrhystridium—Buedingiisphaeridium 为代表,其时代相当于Tremadocian 晚期。组合Ⅱ,产于权河组之下部,以Baltisphaeridium—Peteinosphaeridium—Polygonium 为代表,其时代大致为早Arenigian。组合Ⅲ,产于权河口组的中部。根据其组合特征及所含的笔石化石,将高桥组与云南汤池组对比,将权河口组与红石崖及宜昌大湾组对比。该区微古植物群与波罗的古浮游生物区的相似。

The invasiveness of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line LTEP-a2 was investigated in a co-culture system of tumor cells with fragments of human heart and liver tissues. Light and transmission electron-microscopic observation has found that the process of tumor cells invasion comprises three sequential steps, 1)Carcinoma cells closely adhere to the tissue fragments; 2)Carcinoma cells move and spread on the surface of the tissue; 3)Carcinoma cells penetrate with pseudopodia into the target organ through natural gaps or the least resistant spaces. The tumor cells moved faster among myocardial fascicles than myofibers, and the capsules of the organs seemed relatively resistant to tumor invasion. The tumor cells under observation also showed the capability of growth, phagocytosis and destruction of the target organs.

本文在器官培养条件下发现,人肺腺癌LTEP-a_2侵袭人组织分三步。侵袭途径是组织间隙,侵袭速度受组织结构影响,该肿瘤细胞具有吞噬细胞碎屑的功能。
