The analyses of the harmonic frequency responses have received much attention in SAW interdigital transducers and considerable results have been obtained about this respect.But the previous methods are complex.Based on the surface charge element′s factors,this paper presents a new explicit model for calculating the frequency responses of single double interdigital transducer(IDT),which provides a very useful analytic tool for explaining the behavious of the single double IDT.The previous conclusions and experimental results are in good agreement with those calculated with our model.

声表面波叉指换能器的分析是换能器分析中的重要方面。对此方面的分析已有单双叉指换能器具有激发二次谐波的作用,但过去所用的方法往往过于繁锁。本文针对单双叉指换能器,从叉指表面电荷分布函数出发,得到该结构的一种新的数学解析模型。该模型能清晰地描述单双叉指结构的二次谐波响应,及叉指的邻近效应对其频响的作用。基于该模型对叉指的频响理论分析的结论与过去的结论及实验结果较为吻合。这一模型对于综合叉指的二阶效应进行单双叉指的设计具有一定的意义

In this paper the super-harmonic and sub-harmonic resonance of the hysteretic nonlinear system with three-frequency excitation are investigated. Through Averaging Method,the first-order approximate solution is obtained.And the effects of all kinds of parameters on the curve of the frequency-amplitude are also studied. The results show that saddle-node bifurcation arises in the turning points of the curve of the super-harmonic frequency-response, while the curve of the sub-harmonic frequency-response is pitch-fork bifurcation. This method is useful to analyze and/or control the similar systems in engineering.

研究了一类滞后非线性系统在多频激励下的超谐共振和亚谐共振。利用平均法得到了系统的超谐共振和亚谐共振的一次近似解,并且研究了各种参数对近似解的幅频曲线的影响,发现超谐共振幅频曲线转折点出现鞍结分岔,而亚谐共振的幅频曲线为叉形分岔。研究结果为工程中这一类系统的分析和控制提供了理论依据。
