The types of the coronary distribution, the artery-vein relationship, and the intramural vascular patterns in the rabbit, cat, and rat, as well as the intramural vascular changes and the coronary collateral circulation in the healing process after the experimental myocardial infarction in the rat were investigated. Morphology and biomechanics of the coronary arteries have been studied in the human and experimental animals since 1979. The types of the coronary distribution, the artery-vein relationship, and the intramural vascular patterns in the rabbit, cat, and rat, as well as the intramural vascular changes and the coronary collateral circulation in the healing process after the experimental myocardial infarction in the rat were investigated. Strahler model and Murray minimum energy principle were applied to the research of morphometry and optimal problems in the coronary trees of the human and canine. The microstructrual components and biomechanical properties of the coronary arteries and relative vessels were also analyzed in the human and canine.

深入了解冠状动脉的形态学和生物力学特性,不但有其生理学意义,而且对冠心病的防治研究也十分重要。15年来,我们观察了家兔、猫和大鼠等常用实验动物冠状动脉的分支分布、分布类型、动静脉关系和心壁内动脉的分布规律等解剖学特征;研究了大鼠急性心肌梗塞时,心壁内血管的演变规律和侧支循环的建立过程。应用Strahler血管分支模型和Murray最小能量原理,探讨了人和犬冠状动脉的几何形态学和最优化问题。对人和犬冠状动脉及与冠状动脉旁路移植术有关的胸廓内动脉和大隐静脉等血管的显微结构成分和生物力学特性进行了研究。

n experimental model of

用大白鼠复制骨软化性氟骨症动物模型,并通过饲料分别补加钙、维生素C、鱼肝油及酪蛋白四种成分,观察其对股骨生物力学的影响。实验结果表明,骨软化性氟骨症骨生物力学特性受到严重损害,韧性系数升高,弹性模量、刚度系数、断裂弯曲强度等下降(P<0.01)。补钙组的骨生物力学特性与常规食对照组相似,说明钙对骨软化性氟骨症骨机械性能改变具有一定的预防和改善作用。补维生素C及酪蛋白无作用,而补鱼肝油对部分动物有一定的作用,对部分无作用。

In order to study tolerance transfer relationships between human and rhesus monkey elbow joints,torsional and bending tests were conducted on human and rhesus monkey elbow joints under the same condition,and the tolerance transfer relationships between their elbow joints were obtained by comparing and analysing their biomechanical properties.The results show that the mean load transfer ratios between human and rhesus monkey elbow joints were 3.65 and 4.28 for torsional and bending injury respectively.

为研究人体和猕猴肘关节损伤耐限之间的关系,分别进行了离体的人体和猕猴肘关节扭转和弯曲强度实验,通过分析对比二者的生物力学特性,得出了二者肘关节损伤耐受性转换关系。实验结果表明:人体和猕猴肘关节在发生扭转和弯曲损伤时所承受的平均载荷传递比分别为3.65和4.28。
