With the fullest exploitation of the power of fracturing units, fracturing fluids should be used with the minimum damage to the reservoirs to achieve the maximum benefit. Wide differences of geological and physicochemical properties exist between reservoirs of different permeability. Application of many of the conventional fracture fluids suitable for reservoirs with high permeability may bring harm to reservoirs of low permeability. The authour has proposed some of the essential requirements in the choice of fracture fluids for lowpermeability reservoirs that are technologically rational and economically feasible.

A skid mounted cementing and fracturing unit used in desert oilfields is required accurately measuring the density,flow and pressure of slurry to ensure the quality of cementing and fracturing.A high quality sensor as primary instrument,and a good performance STD bus industrial computer as secondary instrument forms a complete automatic measuring system.The sensor transforms the density,flow and pressure signals of slurry into voltage signals,which are further changed into 4~20mA current signals through a transducer.The industrial computer receives the current signals and convert them into 1~5V DC voltage signals.The voltage signals are filtered,sampled,and then transformed into digital signals by A/D converter.After being processed,they are displayed on the computer as the values of density,instantaneous rate of flow,total flow and pressure.In order to remotely transmit,a wireless communication system was added between the computer and the site.These data are transmitted to the operators in the site.The system has high anti interference,reliablity and accuracy.

Because the pump pressure and temperature at the time that ultra deep well fracturing operation is made are very high,if fracturing engineer can not exactly predict the operating pump pressure and the temperature profile in fractures,it is difficult to make a fracturing design suited to ultra deep formation,leading to failure in the operation finally.In view of the characteristics of the ultra deep wells in Tarim DH oil field,an optimum fracturing design for the three water injection wells has been made through accurately predicting the operating pump pressure,understanding the temperature profile in fractures and mastering the fracture extending law by use of full 3-D fracturing design software (Terra Frac) and by combination with the results in reservoir simulation.The field operation came to a successful conclusion and obtained an obvious augmented injection effect by use of the boosting pump fracturing unit and the premium and low damage new organic fracturing fluid system suited to ultra deep formation.

超深井压裂的施工泵压、温度很高,压裂工程师如果不能准确地预测施工泵压和裂缝中温度剖面状况,就很难做出适合超深地层的压裂设计,最终导致施工失败。文章针对塔里木DH 油田超深井特点,应用全三维压裂设计软件(Terra Frac) ,准确预测施工泵压,了解裂缝中温度剖面状况,掌握裂缝延伸规律,结合油藏模拟结果,进行了三口注水井的压裂优化设计,利用增压泵压裂车组,采用适合超深地层的优质、低伤害有机压裂液新体系,现场施工取得圆满成功,增注效果显著。
