The bud rot disease of rhododendron caused by Pycnostysanus azaleae (peck) Mason and the leaf blight disease of tigergrass caused by Annellophragmia coonoorensis (Subram.) Subram. are reported in this paper. The two diseases are new to China. The morphological characters of the pathogens are described in detail and compared with the related descriptions in literature. The occurence, damage, symptoms and control of the two diseases are also studied and discussed.

本文报道在我国新发现的两种病害:杜鹃芽腐病和棕叶芦叶枯病,杜鹃芽腐病由杜鹃芽链束梗孢菌[Pycnostysanus azaleae(Peck)mason]引起;棕叶芦叶枯病由棕芦环纹束梗孢菌[Annellophragmia coonoorensis(Subram.).Subram]引起。这两种病害在国内尚未见报道,故文中对病原形态特征作了较详细的描述并与文献记载的属、种相比较。对于这两种病害的发生、危害、症状及防治也分别作了记述和讨论。

Bipolarissorokiniana能浸染草坪禾草叶片形成梭形病斑 ,并可导致芽腐、苗枯、根腐、茎基腐、鞘腐等症状 ;病原菌在 10~ 40℃下能够生长 ,最适生长温度为 2 5℃ ;病原菌分生孢子在不同萌发条件中以水平萌发较好 ;分生孢子萌发需要空气条件 ,但对营养要求不严格 ;在 2 0~ 35℃下分生孢子均可萌发 ,以 2 8℃下萌发最好 ;八种不同药剂对病原菌的抑制效果表明 ,5 0 %施保功可湿性粉剂 15 0 0倍液效果较好 ,其抑菌圈直径和抑制分生孢子萌发率分别为 46 .2mm和 81.3% ,其他几种药剂对孢子萌发也有较好的抑制作用
