Experiments indicate that: in the flower organ of male storile plants during the cells inside the anther developing to thestage of microspore or of single nucleic pollen, metabolic blocks rhythmically developes. This kind of metabolic blocks is mainly relative to the metabolism of nucleic acid and protein in the cells. At that time the tapetum cells also developed physiological and morphological variation. This paper may be helpful to advancedly recognize the partial internal mechanism produced the abortion of pollen controling by the hereditary gene of male sterile in the cell.
