The occurrence and damage of maize rust disease in Hainan maize breeding farm are described and its pathogen,symptoms and law of incidence were investigated and analyzed in this article.Several control measures for this disease are presented here according to its epidemic characteristics and influencing factors.

论述了玉米锈病在南繁玉米育种基地海南省的发生和危害;对南繁玉米锈病的病原、病症及发病规律进行了研究分析,根据病害流行的特点及流行因素,提出了对南繁玉米锈病的防治措施。
