This paper describes the method for the determination of sugar and moisture by near infrared spectrometer.For this method,it is only needed to grind,thoroughly mix,fill and scan the samples,the results can be obtained within dozens of seconds and accord with the chemical results.This method has many advantages of rapidity,accuracy and no reagent pollution.

本文研究了用近红外分光光度计测定甜菜粕中总糖份和水份的分析方法。采用此方法,只需将样品粉碎、混匀、装样、扫描,数十秒就可出结果,分析结果与化学结果相符。方法快速、准确且无药品污染,精密度良好。

The feasibility of non destructive quantitative determination of sugar and acid in intact apple by near infrared spectrometer(NIRS)was investigated.Through examination of the second derivatives of the spectra,we found that 914nm,950nm,897nm,and 912nm are the first characteristic wavelengths of sucrose,glucose,fructose and malic acid,respectively.Compared with the calibration data by high performance liquid chromatography,the results obtained at these wavelengths bear the multi correlative coefficients of 0.997,0.992,0.992,0.996 correspondingly,and the standard errors for the test samples are 0.085,0.057,0178,and 0.021,respectively.This indicates that NIRS is sufficiently precise and reliable for practical use in the quantitation of sugars and acids in intact apples.

A chaige-coupled-device-near-Infrared spectrometer ( CCD-NIR) was used to determine aromatics content in diesel in short wave near infrared spectral region (700 -1100 nm) with partial least square regression. Considering the effect of diesel color on the spectroscopy, the spectral region used to calibration was optimized and the baseline was treated by different methods. The result predicted by CCD-NIR to unknown samples was compared with that by FT-NIR in long wave spectral region (1000 - 2000 nm) and that by high performance liquid chromatography. The relative standard deviation of the method was 0.2%.

研究了采用电感耦合器件(CCD)近红外光谱仪在短波近红外区域(700~1100nm)、利用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)测定柴油中芳烃含量的方法.考虑样品颜色对短波近红外光谱的影响,对波长范围的选择和基线处理方式进行了研究.考察了样品进人光路的时间对测定结果的影响.将CCDNIR对未知样品的预测结果与傅里叶变换近红外光谱(FT-NIR)在长波近红外范围(1000~2000nm)的预测结果及液相色谱的测定结果进行了比较,对测量的重现性进行了考察,相对标准偏差为0.17%.
