The influences of the sequence of the columns differing in polarity, the variety and the sequence of the columns differing in polarity, the variety and the sequence of the carrier gas, the carier gas velocity and the column temperature on the selectivity, the resolution and the separation efficiency of the system have been investigated for a number of varied combinations by studying the changes of the retention indices of test substances havingdifferent polarities. The operating parameters have also been tested and optimized. The results showed that the technique can be successfully employed in the selectivity optimization by adjusting carrier gas velocity in the two capillaries without the need of replacing the columns themselves. Aad it Is pointed out that the system may even easily be applied for the automated selectiviy optimization controlled by a desk-top computer.

以浙江农业大学茶学系种质资源圃的76个茶树种质资源扦插苗为材料,测定茶树苗期生物产量、光合器官面积与重量、单叶净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO_2浓度和呼吸强度等项目,并进行相关及回归分析,结果表明:茶树种质资源苗期生物产量、光合特性差异显著,茶树苗期生物产量与单株叶面积,单株叶干重呈高度极显著正相关,相关系数分别为r=0.8529(P<0.01)和r=0.8852(P<0.01);与净光合速率呈中度极显著相关,r=0.3036(P<0.01);与蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO_2浓度、呼吸强度等的相关性不显著。不同茶树类型的苗期生物产量与光合特性具有不同的相关特点。为此,根据茶树苗期净光合速率、单株叶干重、单株叶面积等性状可进行茶树资源苗期产量的早期鉴定。
