The dynamic analysis of mechanism, the true motion of calcuating mechanism under the effect of the known force system, is generally more troublesome. The key of the dynamic analysis is how to estaklish a systematic kinematic differential equation? the acceleration of calculating mechanism under the effect of the known force system. This paper not only introduces the quasi-velocity and the quasi-acceleration of mechanism as,well as their calculating methods, but also applies them to Qktain the equivalent mass of a mechanism J and the calculating formula ahout partial derivative J of and equivalent moment M. They avoid approximate calculation J with fiuite difference and can calculate the accurate value of the acceleration of mechanism under the effect of the known force system. Thus, the kinematic differential equation of the dynamic analysis of mechanism can be got.

机构的动力分析,即计算机构在已知力系作用下的真实运动,通常都较为繁难,其关键是如何建立系统的运动微分方程,即计算机构在已知力系作用下的加速度。本文介绍机构的类速度和类加速度及其计算方法,并运用其推导出了机构等效转动惯量J及其关于φ的偏导数J_φ和等效力矩M的计算公式,避免了用差分法近似计算J_φ,可计算出机构在已知力系作用下加速度的精确值,从而得到机构动力分析的运动微分方程。

By means of the principle of virtual work the dynamic analysis of mechanisms with multiple links and inputs are analysed. The linear rela- tionship between the hypothetic forces and balancing moments in the transferring kinematic chain is proved. And the expressions to determine the hypothetic forces are found. In addition the indirect method of deter- mination of hyPothetic forces is also considered.

本文应用虚功原理对多杆多自由度机构进行了动力分析,证明了虚拟力系与转化运动链中平衡力矩的线性关系,求出了线性方程组的表达式,并由此求得虚拟力系的直接求解式。文中也考虑了虚拟力的间接求解的简化计算法。

The gyrobondgraph method for static and dynamic analysis of mechanisms is detailed in this paper. It is evidenced that this general method is partlarly efficacious for complicated linkage systems. A unified procedure to caleulate the dynamic reactions on the ic nits is proposed. The necessary balancing force as well as balancing moment are also delivered. The algorithms are implement -ed in the computer program EFFORT. Its validity is vert fied by illustrative examples.

本文较详细地介绍了机构动态静力分析的回转键合图法。该方法具有通用性,特别适用于复杂连杆机构系统。应用该方法不但可以计算出机构运动副中的动反力,而且可同时确定其平衡力矩或平衡力。该算法已被编制成相应的计算机软件EFFORT,其有效性通过实例得到验证。
