This paper desls with the flow reliability for edge weighted network. The concept of sensitivity of flow reliability is given and some significant results are obtained. By analysing the sensitivity, optimization of flow reliability allocation can be attained.

In order to improve the effciency and the change-condition performance, optimal design method is inquired acoording to the optimization of flow patten and pneumatic parameter. The effciency of the mining local-axial fans designed by this method is about 5% higher than that of constant-work flow pattern and its stability allowance is up to 35%.

针对矿用局扇的实际运行特点,分析了影响其效率及气动性能的主要参数,提出了相应的最优控制约束条件,并建立了以组合流型参数为控制变量,以全压效率为寻优目标的气动优化设计数学模型。从流型及气动参数优化的角度探讨了提高矿用局扇效率,改善变工况性能的设计方法。按此方法设计的局扇其效率较等环量流型设计高5%左右,且稳定性裕度可达35%。
