The research results showed that, under the designed inner hydraulic pressure, the radial and circumferentied joint distortions of double deck liner are very little and the construction is in good condition. The geometric dimension harmony of outer liner tube?pieces has influence on the strain states in both conditions, i.e., outside liner in construction period and inside and outside liner under inner hydraulic pressure. The loading ratio of inside and outside liner has obvious difference. Under super inner hydraulic pressure, the liner still has large safety redundancy from the point view of limit loading capability.

通过1∶5的整环衬砌结构仿真模型试验,在运行期各种工况下,对内外衬结构的受力机理、结构变形、应力以及接头刚度进行了研究和分析。结果表明:双层衬砌在设计内水压力作用下,径向变形和环向接缝变形数值都很小,结构工作性能良好;外衬管片之间的几何尺寸配合的好坏不仅对施工期外衬管道的结构受力状态有较大影响,而且对内外衬在内水压力作用下的应力状态也有一定影响;内外衬荷载的承担比例有较大差别。就极限承载能力而言,在超内水压力情况下,双层衬砌结构有较大的安全余度。

A design method of composite explosive container was put forward. The ply of composite shell was determined by theoretic computation, and the shape and dimension of metallic connector were derived from LS-DYNA simulation analysis. So a composite explosive container with 1kg TNT equivalent was designed with the method. The test result indicated that the explosive container was effective, safe and with a certain safety redundancy.

提出了复合材料爆炸容器的设计方法,采用理论计算确定复合材料壳体壁厚,运用LS-DYNA仿真分析确定金属连接件的结构形状及尺寸。采用该方法设计了1kgTNT当量复合材料爆炸容器,试验结果表明该爆炸容器安全、有效,且有一定的安全裕度。
