531 students of four universities from the first to the Four grade were investigated, by using self-made questionnaire on college students' psychological conflict, Cawte's stress questionnaire and subjective well-being questionnaire. Results: (1) The higher frequencies of conflict resulted in the higher stress levels both physic and mental. (2) The frequencies of psychological conflict was positively related to stress level ( r=0.533,P<0.01). (3) It negatively related to subjective well-being ( r=-0.158,P<0.01). Conclusion: As one of the stressors, the higher frequencies of conflict was one of the important factors on the mental health in the college students. According to these results, it is necessary to concern with the current status of students' conflict.

采用自编的心理冲突调查问卷、Cawte量表和主观幸福感指数量表(WBIS),调查531名大学生的心理冲突状况、应激水平及主观幸福感。结果为:(1)过多的心理冲突可引起生理与心理应激水平的升高;(2)心理冲突频率与应激水平呈显著的正相关(r=0.533,P<0.01);(3)心理冲突频率与主观幸福感呈显著的负相关(r=-0.158,P<0.01)。因此,过多的心理冲突已构成应激源,是影响学生身心健康的重要因素之一。大学生心理冲突问题应予以关注。

ObjectiveTo study the relationship between college students' psychological conflict and coping style.Methods531 students of four universities from the first to the four grade were investigated, by using self-made questionnaire on college students' psychological conflict and coping style questionnaire (CSQ). Results(1)Facing psychological conflict , most students could take the coping style of "solving-problem". (2) There were significant difference between male and female in coping style. (3)"Solving-problem" was main coping style in those students with lower frequencies of conflicts, which indicated that passive coping style positively correlated with higher frequencies of conflicts. ConclusionAccording to these results, it is necessary to concern with the current status of students' conflict, and to explore much more effective measures to help students to copy psychological conflicts positively.

目的研究大学生在面临心理冲突时所采取的应付方式以及不同应付方式与冲突频率之间的关系。方法采用自编的心理冲突调查问卷和应付方式问卷,调查531名大学生的心理冲突状况及应付方式特点。结果在面对心理冲突时,大学生最常采用的是“解决问题”;面对较多的心理冲突时,男生“解决问题”平均得分为(0.67±016)分,女生平均得分为(0.57±0.24)分,男生在“解决问题”因子上的得分显著高于女生(t=2.30,P<0.01);低冲突频率组“解决问题”平均得分为(0.78±0.22)分,高冲突频率组“解决问题”平均得分为(0.58±0.23)分,低冲突频率组“解决问题”得分显著高于高冲突频率组(t=3.06,P<0.01)。结论心理冲突频率的高低与应付方式积极与否有着密切的联系,如何帮助学生积极面对心理冲突,采取主动的方式去解决内心的冲突,应成为今后关注的课题。
